You'll be talking to the people doing the work.
Aura AI Pro is two people. One has spent twenty years inside the systems search engines are built from. The other owns a pest control company and has run the trucks for sixteen years. There is no sales team, no account manager, and nobody between you and the person who will actually build your system.
- Two owners
- The people who scope it also build it
- One industry
- Pest control, nothing else
- No exclusivity
- But you'll know who else we work with
- No case studies
- Until we have real ones with permission
What is Aura AI Pro?
A founder-led company that helps pest control businesses get found, answer more calls, follow up consistently, and see what happens between the first search and the booked job.
It is a managed service rather than software. AI is part of how the work gets delivered, but the job is strategy, content, configuration, implementation, and reporting. We are not handing you another dashboard to learn.
The whole company is two people, which is the main thing worth knowing about us. It sets the ceiling on how many clients we take and it means the person on your audit call is the person accountable for the result. See the process and what you'd own.
Two operators, two different problems.
You are trusting us with whether customers find you, what they hear when they call, and whether anyone follows up. Those are two separate skill sets and neither of us pretends to have both.
Bob Haynes
Co-founder · SEO, systems, and technical buildSearch engines are infrastructure before they are marketing. Crawling, indexing, and ranking are storage, retrieval, and scoring problems, and Bob has spent twenty years running that class of system at scale. He reads a search engine the way he reads a platform, rather than guessing at a black box.
Oracle, Verizon, Rackspace, Clear Channel Outdoor, and RBFCU. At Rackspace he ran SEO and big data projects with Google. At Clear Channel Outdoor he built the AWS and Microsoft systems that pushed campaigns to digital billboards. He still manages the Linux, database, and backup teams for a credit union, and works hands-on with the Microsoft and Amazon AI platforms.
That background is why the work here is instrumented, documented, and diagnosable when it breaks, rather than a monthly content invoice. He holds an MBA from the University of Oklahoma.
LinkedIn →Kyle Weaver
Co-founder · Pest control operations and strategyKyle owns Pro Defense Pest Control and has sixteen years in the trade. He knows what sits behind a ringing phone: urgent homeowners, seasonal demand, service-area boundaries, technician capacity, and the difference between a lead that looks good in a report and a job the team can actually service.
He built the follow-up sequences that turn a missed call into a booked job, works with Bob on the SEO side, and leads strategy, customer relationships, and sales. Pro Defense runs the same AI voice assistant we build for clients, which means the first company to find a problem with it is usually ours.
LinkedIn →A system can look impressive in a demo and still fail inside a real office at 4:45 on a Friday. Having an operator as a co-owner is the check on that, and it is the reason we turn down work that would not survive contact with a real dispatch board.
A general playbook misses most of what matters here.
Pest control has its own search behaviour, its own sales pressure, and its own operating limits. Three of them shape everything we build.
The buyer is often in a hurry
- Termites, rodents, and bed bugs are not researched for a week
- The first credible company to answer usually wins
- Evening and weekend calls convert better and go unanswered more
- Response time beats brand recognition at this price point
Local relevance decides visibility
- Services, cities, profile, reviews, and site must tell one story
- Proximity is a ranking factor nobody can buy their way around
- Listing cities you do not service is a liability, not a strategy
- Seasonality moves demand by pest and by market
The office workflow is the constraint
- Routing, booking rules, and service areas decide what converts
- Technician capacity caps how much demand is useful
- Pricing guidance has to be approved before anything quotes it
- Ranking for work you cannot service is not a win
We work with companies in the same territory.
This is the question we get asked most and the one where agencies are least honest, so here it is plainly. We do not sell exclusivity. There is no exclusivity clause in any agreement we have ever signed.
We already serve overlapping areas in a few markets and we are not going to pretend otherwise. What we commit to instead: on the audit call, before you sign anything, we tell you which companies we work with near your service area. Then you decide whether that is acceptable. Nobody finds out after the fact.
The method is also similar from client to client. That is what specializing means, and an agency claiming a secret approach reserved for you is either lying or has only one client. What is never shared is your business data, your customer records, your pricing, your call recordings, or anything else that belongs to your company rather than to our playbook.
Not sold, not implied, and not in any agreement.
On the audit call, before signing. You get the names and you make the call.
Similar for every client. Specializing in one industry is the entire point.
Customer records, pricing, call recordings, and reporting stay with your account.
We are the wrong vendor and we will say so on the call rather than after you sign.
Clear scope. Direct answers. No invented proof.
The second list is the more useful one. Most of what goes wrong in this industry is on it.
What you get
- Direct access to the two owners responsible for the work
- A documented scope with responsibilities and exclusions in writing
- Approval before any customer-facing content or call flow goes live
- Reporting tied to search, calls, follow-up, and outcomes where the data exists
- An honest recommendation when the right answer is a smaller plan, or not yet
- The names of any companies we work with near you, before you sign
What we won't do
- Guarantee a ranking, a lead count, or a revenue number
- Publish invented case studies, borrowed numbers, or anonymous claims
- Change your customer-facing experience without approval
- Hide platform costs or out-of-scope work inside vague language
- Sell you territory exclusivity, because we do not offer it
- Configure the receptionist to deny it is AI when a caller asks
We'd rather show you nothing than show you someone else's numbers.
Case studies are in progress with current clients and will be published with names attached and permission on file. Until then there is nothing here, because a stock chart and an anonymous quote are not evidence, and you have no way to check either one.
If you want to know what we are actually seeing right now, ask on the audit call and we will walk you through it. That conversation is more useful than a page of screenshots anyway.
Ask what we're seeing nowQuestions about who is behind this.
If the answer here is not enough, ask on the call. We would rather lose a deal than oversell one.
